Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept cancellation of orders.
We do not accept returns for payment refunds.
We do not accept exchanges for any reason.
If there is something wrong with the blanket or fabric due to us send, message us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will repair it and send it back out.
AFTER 14 DAYS WE WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO US!!
*Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
Shipping On Blankets
- SHIPPING TIME
All blankets on this website is 7-10 business days turn around time! We ship with USPS and UPS. When we have shipped your item you will get a tracking number. Once we have shipped your blanket it is in the hands of the carrier company in charge. If your item is lost, damaged, or stolen you must go through USPS or UPS.
- SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
For these two last ones you will be required to pay a BASE PRICE for shipping when checking out. However, once our team weights and measures your package, Customer Service support will reach out to you in case the base price was insufficient and you will be required to cover the total cost.
